I decided to go with a classy black and white look. I love the simplicity of this look, I think it’s beautiful and farmhousey—is that a word?? This banner will be the perfect finishing touch to your New Years Eve party!
I used some mini clothes pins (similar to these) and hung my banner on twine. Easy peasy!
